I purchased a BP machine from them, but when I received it, it was completely defective and broken. I couldn’t even turn it on once. They sent a faulty product, and when I tried to contact them, they didn’t respond for several days. By the time they finally replied, more than 7 days had passed, and they told me the return policy had expired—so they refused to replace the product. I paid Rs. 4,500 and couldn’t use it even once. My money was completely wasted. This is a scam. They ignore customers, provide no solution, and sell defective products without taking responsibility. Please stay away from them—they are scammers. Do not purchase anything from them.
