Position the Cuff
Wrap the arm cuff snugly around your upper arm, approximately 1 inch above the elbow. Ensure the tube runs along the inner side of the arm. -
Sit Properly
Sit in an upright position with your feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level. -
Start Measurement
Press the power button to begin. The cuff will automatically inflate and then deflate to measure your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate. -
View Results
Read the values clearly on the large LCD screen. Use the memory (M) button to save or review past readings. -
Power Off
The device will shut off automatically after use or can be manually turned off.
